Default Difference between B18 and B20 cylinder head?

Does anyone know if there is a difference. Iam looking into building an all-motor non vtec b20 engine. I've searched the net and did a search here for info, but could'nt find anything. So would aftermarket cams for the b18 fit in the b20 head? Is the combustion chamber the same size, valves, etc. I was just wondering because I can't find just the b20 block. I've only seen the longblock for sale. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks. That's a nice time. I assume you went through the motor. New crank rods pistons. PnP head, cams, and all that good stuff? I might get oversized valves, but not sure. Did you do it, and do you think it was worth it? Again thanks.

The motor has not been freshend up. stock rods, stock bore, stock crank, just 12.5:1 JE slugs, a mild pnp head .5 mm over ss valves, crower springs and retainers, and crane #20 cams with itb's. it made 200whp

Nice. What kind of engine management do you have. I was thinking of the hondata s200. There is a local shop that can tune it for me. You run slicks don't you?

I've seen a few dyno's of the crane cams. What does yours look like? Does your engine get alot of torque at lower rpm's. With a nice flat torque curve?

my torque shoots up 30whp+ from 4000-4500rpm max torque is 147 @ around 6000 rpm. The motor makes unreal power from 2500-9000rpm. its has v8 like power. i have a vtec motor in my other car and it just dont have the torque of the nonvtec. I like the Crane #20 cams better then 405a's that i also had.
