Default b20/v or head build?

im debating weather or not i want to do the standard b20v build or if i should get some more aggressive cams for my head along with new springs and retainers. any input on this would be appreciated.

It's honestly cheaper to build a powerful b20vtec than to build a b20 head... B20 head's as well as LS heads have terrible flow, and forcing more power through them with aggressive cams is kind of counter productive. I say find a vtec head and build a proper b20vtec, it'll be better bang for your buck.
