I'd like this also. The J1 transmission is just too high strung for driving back and forth to college for 3.5 hrs.
It'll probably be too much $$ though.

Also Brian G. a big thanks to yall for replacing my a/c bracket that I probably cracked myself wrenching down the tensioner too tight. It hasn't been put back on yet, b/c of bad a/c compressor, but it will be soon!

just release it already. That kit has been in like 2 articles yet people can't even order it. That what pisses me off. Geezzess.... fusterating I tell ya

LOL I'm just bitching about getting my c1 in to my hatch.

Hey Charlie,
Blame all your buddies, I keep buying more CNCs and adding more staff and people keep buying everything I can make, so we can't get the time to get to the 13 new products we have designed and waiting for production.

Now I'm joking sort of, actually you will see a lot of new products over the next year.

After looking at a Honda parts catalog and seeing how the Hydro brake thing looks pretty much like a Brake Master Cylinder the hardest part would be drilling I think 3 holes in the firewall and mounting that thing, and running lines. Doesn't seem as amazingly hard as I would think it would be.

a) They're lower mileage,
b) From what I hear (yes, this is heresay, I have never dissected a hydro tranny) the hydro trannies have stronger/better synchros that don't wear out as fast.
c) The hydro mechanism evidently makes short work of heavier pressure plates than cables do.

Hey Brian, just wanted to say thanks for continuing support of the ED's. My experience with your products so far has been that Hasport comes second only to Honda OEM (and in some cases better). I hope that this kit will continue in that tradition. Will this kit have any additional clearance over the normal cable mounts, or are you still working around a U.S. spec hood?
Also does anyone have any info about doing a complete OBDI interior/engine harness swap into the CRX?

Yeah more info on your new harness or the EF and wiring it to run OBD1.

***In the last issue of HondaTunning there was an articel about doing a B16B1 into a EF si and you guys had a SUBHARNESS that made the swap easyer. I already getting Blown90hatcH OBD1 conversion harness what esle do I need?

Do I need to find some pluges at the local junkyard?

ok cool so thats waht you did.. my bad i didnt see your post with the pics.. but do you gotta machine or shave anything inside tha case? cuz i heard (online myth) dat if you use hydro internals you only can use 92 93 integra calbe casing.. and you gotta machine something inside the bell housing.. but how did you do yours did it bolt right on?

Your welcome and thank you.

The first hydro conversion mount (EFB2) will use the same engine placement as our current kit. That means GSR engines and LSVTECs with GSR heads may rub the stock hood. This is because we strive to give you the most ground clearance possible yet still kep the US hood.

The next hydro conversion mount (EFB4) will lower the engine slightly so that the stock hod will not rub.

B-series Kid, did you know that Hillary Duff won't be returning as Lizzie McGuire next year because of a contract dispute?
