2.5 DP and 2.3 piping!!

2.5 DP and 2.3 piping!!
is weird cause i bought a 2.5 downpipe for my greddy kit b16, and my car just run extremly rich now. so bad that my o2 sensor went bad. i have a 2.3 catback, is that hurting the flow being the DP bigger than the pipe?? any ideas cause the car runs like ****!!
