Will this be ok?

Heres the deal. I am having my D16z6 dropped off to me this weekend and I dont have a engine stand to keep it on untill I swap it, will it be ok to leave it on a pallet much like they ship swaps on?

yes it'll be fine. Just make sure you don't slam it on there. But resting on the oil pan as long as it's flat will be fine.
