Anyone have torque specs for Type R cam installation???

Anyone have torque specs for Type R cam installation???
Can anybody post scanned copys of the whole cam installation from the helms manual for the Type R with torque specs and all? Thanks

From the Helms, it says to tighten all the bolts on top of the camshaft holder plates at 20lb-ft and the outside 8 on the outside at 7.2lb-ft.
There's also a sequence to tighten them.

ok for some reason i can't go to that page, it used to work fine, now it shows it for a second and then goes to some shopnav site and says theres a error....god damn, someone tell me that sequence lol or get me another page to see...thx.....
