I'd just leave the negative camber in the front if I were you... and theres a washer trick to fix the back (search). Camber doesn't affect tire wear as bad as toe, so do the washer trick then get an alignment. Negative camber in the front and none in the rear will produce some oversteer and make your car handle a little better. Unless of course, you like driving a car that handles like a bus...
toe is when your tires arn't parallel with each other right?? so is the negative camber bad for my car?? and will have to replace tires all the time?
and do you have a link for the washer trick?

right, toe in/out looks like this:

My alignment shop corrected my rear camber without even asking them, apparently this method is widely known.
The negative camber is necessarily bad for your car, if anything it will make your car corner better and make your steering more responsive. However, it will make your tires wear a little quicker, but not as bad as toe in or out. For example, my tires were brand new when I got my car on March 2002 and I'm just needing new ones after 21k miles. The tire wear is rated at 300, and I'm running about 1.5-2.0 degrees of negative camber with almost 0-.5 degrees in the rear, rotating around every 7500-10000 miles.
Heres the link for the rear washer trick:

You can find it by clicking the search link in the upper right hand corner, search for "washer trick", selecting the "archived" data set, and choosing the accord forum.
