E-brake cable for 4dr rear disc swap
I know this has been covered before and I even came across part of the answer from searching, but I still need some info. I read that I need the cables from a 90-93 Integra coupe for this swap, so I call up Acura and start to place and order for a pair off of a 90 model. The thing I have a question about is that the guy needed to know the VIN number off of the Integra b/c there are two different types of cables for that year. I was about to just go ahead and order the set for the earliest model 90 they made, but as soon as he said they'd be non-returnable I figured I should go ahead and post a question. Please, anyone who's done this fill me in what to get.
That's what I would have thought too, but according to the guy in the post below I need the cables off of a coupe. I really wish there were more info out there about swapping things onto 4 doors...

Well, I guess I'll answer my own question. I called a local shop who keeps notes of all work they do and they have done this before at one point. They said you need the cables from a 91-92 GSR 4 door. Here's the part number for one of the cables: 47510SK8931. I don't know the number for the other one so just have them match it up. Hope this helps someone out. If these end up not working I'll update this post.

ok, turns out the 2 door are probably the correct cables since I just got the 4 door units and they're too long by about 5 or 6 inches. I guess I can just do some creative routing and make them work, but for future reference for any other 4 door owners out there, go with the 2 door integra cables. Hope this helps someone out there.
