d16a6 and d16a1 rods for turbo?

d16a6 and d16a1 rods for turbo?
I have a set of d16a1 rods from a first gen integra. I heard these will work in the a6 motor with some modification. They are stronger than the a6's right? would this be an upgrade in my a6 for use with a turbo? thanks!
