MBC problems: it will spike to 7 psi then go back to the normal 5 psi that I run

MBC problems: it will spike to 7 psi then go back to the normal 5 psi that I run
The bust controller just spikes to 7 psi and drops to 5 psi. it doesnt stay like I want it to. Any ideas on whats wrong?
