Which MTF to use w/ my Quaiffe LSD?

Can I just use Honda MTF? Or is there something else u folks recommend.

some one posted an email they got from Quaife that said you don't need any special oil for there LSD. The email also said they recommended what ever your owners manual recommends.

I have always run the Honda stuff with my Quaife but I am going to try the Synchromesh #12377916 the next time I change it.
