just got code 16 and 41...NEED HELP ASAP!!!
This is sCeRaXn...im on a friends name. Well i was helping a friend put a b16 head on his b18c1 and we got as far as we could and decided to call it quits for the night. So i bring my other friend home and when i get into the car to leave it doesnt want to start. It finally turns over and when it does it threw a code 16 and 41...which are the fuel injctors and o2 sensor heater. What could cause them both to go off at the same time? The car has been running pretty rich lately according to my a/f gauge...but i know they arent too reliable. Oh yea i have a b18a in a 90 crx....and its converted to obd1. Im going to reset the ecu and see how it does. Sometimes after ive driven for a while and cut the car off....then try to cut it back on within 5 minutes it wont start the first couple times. Its almost like its flooded. I need help here guys. Thanks

I have a similar problem but get a code 43 (Fuel supply system) and code 16 (Fuel injectors). I have done many things but none have fixed the problem.
I have:
-Got my injectors cleaned and balanced
-Replaced fuel filter
-Replaced O2 sensor
-Had my main relay re-soldered
-I think my fuel pump is ok, it is the Holly 255 and is relatively new.....maybe it is faulty though.
-Fuel pressure at idle is 48 psi
I do not know what else to do now. Maybe you can check out some of this stuff.
