reconsidering boosting my rex..
i just think it might cost too much and be too hard to do.
does anyone have any vids. of boosted crx's w/ d16 engines? i think i just need to be reminded why i want to do it.

The only thing with turbo'd crx d16 engines is you need to do it right and take your time. I'm in the process of getting all my parts together. You need to take care of it like if it was a little baby. The best part is, if you blow the engine, Dseries are always cheap to get!
I gathered parts for about 6 months and I'm going on a little over two weeks of install time. This is because almost everything is being done custom in house. After being around some boosted cars latley and how fun this project is I don't think I'll ever have an N/A car again.
really , so you think it would be best if i did, i was thinking once i get all my parts together ill just start spendin the night in the shop piecin it together. can someone tell me what all i have to do, specifically to get the install done, i know the overall process but not everything.
well im thinking if i get everything together and make sure the piping will fit and all that good stuff, then i might be able to pull it off in a day and all nighter if i can get help. itll take months if i do it on my own. haha.
i started to boost mine, i had every thing lined up and it looked like it was going to fall in to place pritty nicely, but it seemed like i just woke up one morning and decided i wanted to go all-motor.

it took 13 hours to fab the piping and downpipe and install. only costs about 1500 for everything including fuel management and head gasket stuff...i think...basically it's worth all the effort and pennies and if u have the opportunity to get turbo u wont be disappointed...unless u have problems blowing motors left n rite...
