Here are a couple of pics from the nira race this weekend. I only got 2 qualifying runs. The first i misshifted and the second I blew the motor . I still ran a 12.02 but mph is way down b.c i was essesntially coasting through the traps. For those that remember I ran a 12.4@114 on 8psi.. ran 12psi this weekend.

I was the number 4 qualifer and made it to the quarter finals in the quick 8.

Almost forgot!!! I want to thanks sgT for all the hard work and effort prior to this weekend and over the course of the weekend. I couldnt have done it without you. Hopefully his equiptment will quit failing on him and he will soon be as a succesful as his season last year. Were all rootin for you sakai!

the slicks i had first... the 15"s dont work well...they were spinning so much they were causing me to miss gears. i borrowed 13" slicks later that day.

congrats....the car looked great and thats some impressive numbers. when we talked for a sec...i tried to put a scare into the crx driver by telling him how powerful your itr was...lol..not sure if you heard that or not.

Alot of draggers, remove the hub's and opt for the civic brakes and hubs....good for .2-.3 seconds.

U used steven saki's slicks? Same slicks and wheel combo he used on his type r when he went 12.7. I am really impressed with your times. Congradulations, I think with some suspension tuning you will be deep in the 11's.

sadly terry lost in the finals by .04 seconds to fred...but congrats to fred...he definitely had more top end then terry that hot day. Terry had him all the way til like the final 100 or 200 feet.

i broke that run... but i could have beaten him. he only runs 11.7

than he broke the next round and ran 14.3
