do f/h23's fit in there?

question because i am going to be getting a free '91 coupe 5spd, and the motor has 220k mi on it.

i need a new one, but was looking for an upgrade as well.

would a f23 fit into it?

or would an h23 fit in it?

are these motors cheaper than h22s?

h23 is the easiest and cheapest swap (if you plan on swapping from F to H series) otherwise you could buy a f22a6, a4, or a1. f22b’s fit too.
