your rockers fell out of the head. they just poped the lock screws and the 10mm hex keys and then pushed the rod out the end and then fell out?? dude show some pics, i need to see what your talking about

rockers on an H23 don't have lock screws, or hex keys, or rods. If you take the cams out and turn the head upside down, they all fall out.
as far as I am aware, you can just stick them back in where they came from.
