Just need to know the difference between the two

 

does anyone use msn- carpoint?

from there site the differences are..

abs brakes
leather seats
sun roof
alloy wheels
-15hp
45lbs of torque

it must not have the vtec motor then hu?
anyone know if this is legit

im not so sure cuase it also says the ex is turbo'ed

biggest difference is motor.
The EX has 145hp/147tq vtec
The LX has 135hp/137tq non-vtec

LX has a little bit shorter gearing and no rear swaybar standard as well.

 

EX came w/ a sunroof and alloy wheels..
LX had no sunroof and steel rims..

 

i don't know if 94-95 is different from 96-97, but my 95 ex doesn't have leather seats...

 

Anyone know about the SE compared to ex/lx?

 

there are a few difference's the ex looks better to me.

SEs usually have EX interior w/ LX susp/engine/etc.

 

Differences:

EX: Gainfully employed, successful, upwardly-mobile achievers. Vote Republican.

LX: Foodstamping, welfare-collecting street-scum. Would vote Democrat if they could figure out how the ballot works.

1996 Accord Coupe EX 5-spd


the dealer is asking $8,700 for this car it has 70,000 miles on it and parts of the interior look like they had a little dog that liked to chew... ON THE LEATHER. the chrome trim around the out sides and some of the rubber modlings looking they went threw a rock storm the body is in good condition as far as i can tell it looks to be pretty even from every angle and the engine appears alright but you never know i guess.. . he proly shouldnt have let me see that it needed an oil change. if anyone knows anything i should check let me know ill be getting the check for it monday hopefully
