Default 13" Wheel options for 94+ GSR?

I was talking with some folks over the weekend regarding wheel/tire combos. Someone turned me onto the idea that Panasport 13" wheels will fit over 10.8" GSR front rotor/calipers. Can anyone confirm this and give me detailed specifics on those wheels (or any others that fit)

Thanks

I run panasport 3-piece modular wheels. 13x8.5 on my 2000 GS-R. Its a close fit but fit they do. They're so close a fit that you can not balance them with tape weights. They get sheered off by the calipers.

This is picture from last year... Car sits lower these days but you get the idea.

The reguarl Panasport ULs do NOT fit. Only the 3-peice modular.

5" backspace if I remember correctly. Sorry forgot to include that!

Lenso "tom slick" vpd's in 13x7.5 fit, also. $150ish/each, IIRC.

You can get them from this guy:

I think they are about 9lb each.
