Default Factory water oil cooler from b16/18c blocks made to work with b18b blocks? HELP PLEASE!

I have all the factory pieces that I need but my b18b block dosent have the water return hole.

Is there anyway to route that water return line somehwere else?

Maybe tee of some other water line to return it back to the water cycle?
