Will an LS header fit on my 00 GSR? I mean will it bolt up to the head and to the cat fine?

 

I mean, will an aftermarket LS header (DC, etc...) fit my 00 GSR?

 

all b series motors have the same bolt pattern and all the headers will bolt up to each other.
the problen is that some headers are longer than others so it will either fit perfect or it will be too long and u will have to cut a piece of your piping off inorder for your to move the cat back
or it will be too short and u will need to add a pipe frpm the header to the cat

i just recentely bought a dc header from a guy on recycler that had it on his ls vtec crx and it was about 4 inches too short from the header to the cat. so it costed me 35 bucks for a muffler shop to make me a pipe that conected the header to the cat

 

vtec blocks and nonvtec blocks have different deck heights. It's possible you might run into clearance problems with a non vtec header on a vtec engine.

94-01 LS/GS/RS/ITR headers will fit 00-01 GSR's.

 

it will fit ,the ls header will hang lower so wathc out if your car is slammed!!!
