My friend with a 97 automatic LS is getting a gsr engine put in his car and told me I could buy the old engine off of him (50,000 miles) for $300. Do you guys think thats a good price seeing as i'd need to piece together pretty much everything besides the engine to do the swap? I am trying to weigh this (price-wise) against just buying a whole b16 swap from hmotorsonline.com.

Also i've been reading up on putting a b18b in my crx and I hear there's an extra vacuum line on the intake manifold I'll have to plug since its an automatic, is there anything else? Thanks guys

 

Geeze, $300. I'd take it even if I wasn't going to use it. It would be interesting to experment on.
