Default civic downpipe question

I have a 15g greddy sohc turbo kit that is missing the downpipe. Another h-t user is selling a downpipe from the greddy 18g kit, and I am wondering if that downpipe will work on my kit. I am pretty sure it won't but may I be wrong? Info will be greatly appreciated.

I don't see why not because it would be just the size of the turbo diff. As long as the mani is the same I think the turbo should be positioned the same way and should be straight, call Greddy is the best way to find out though. Good luck.

I don;t think it will line up correctly and you might end up wasting your money. I would just upgrade to a larger custom DP anyway.

For what they are going to charge you, a nice custom one is the way to go.

Just not quite sure how I can get my car over to the exhaust shop with no downpipe. Won't the boost peak with no back pressure.

Also anyone know where the best place to tap for the oil feed line is, and what exactly should be used to tap for the line?

you can drive without the dp. it'll be loud, but you don't hafta boost.
greddy kit comes with an oil feed line. you tap the stock oil pressure sender at the back of the block near the oil filter
