Default Chipping p28 for hondata.....

how much does it cost to get p28 ecu chipped for hondata?.. and what are the necessary components to have it chipped?.. tia

by you sayin chipped, are you meaning having your ecu "socketed" so you can tune your hondata system?? if thats the case you send your ecu to hondata, with a check or money order for 65 or 75 bills, they socket it, then you get it sent back, check out thier site or call them for more info

I Have a p28 that is chipped and socketted already, could I just run Hondata off the socket that is already there? or do i have to do more modifictations?

But, when, lets say I order Hondata s200, the blue box, chip, etc will all be included right? So all i would have to do is plug everything in and bam, i have standalone?

Check out the "installation" document on hondata's website. It tells you what components other than a 28pin socket you need.

You will have everything...but you will still need to solder in some things for the hondata cable interface wire.

i thought u didnt have to solder any resistors for the news s200s, i remember they said that was only for the old versions 2, 3, and 4
