p72 question

ok! if i buy the Jun p72 upgraded ecu for my gsr when it raises the red line will my stock cams be able to take it. also will it work good with a vtec controller?

Cams will, valve springs won't.

Ofcourse it will. But the program is already designed well, and if you're going to mess with a V-AFC (etc.) then why bother with a program in the first place? Just go to the dyno and safe the money.
