Okay I just put my motor back in the car connected everything up went to tighten the bolt that you let the pressure out of on the end of the fuel rail and I snapped the smaller bolt that goes into the larger one. I need to find one ASAP but don't know the name for it. Does anyone know the name so I don't have to describe it to every place I call?

i do believe that is the banjo bolt for the end of the fuel rail. does it have a little hole in it?

 

yeah it has a hole in it. It's a large bolt with a hole through the center that has a smaller bolt in it. It's on the drivers side of the fuel rail. I believe that it's only purpose is to let the pressure out of the system.

I just did a search for banjo and I found this pic. It is not this connection. There is no hose going into it. It's on the other end of the fuel rail

Yeah, that should be the banjo bolt that attaches the fuel line to the rail, and it has two washers to go with it, one on each side.

 

No it's not that one. It's on the other end of the rail. It has no lines going into it.

 

I think I may have found it but they just call it a bolt It's #25 and #26 I believe. Is there a name for it??
