I got mine a month ago for $16,900 w/ delivery fee. I could
have probably done a little better, but I was trading in a car and
they helped me on that side of it. Methinks you could get one
for around $16K before any fees/taxes/tag/etc.

Yea if you look hard enough you can pick up a used one really cheap but brand new ones come pretty cheap to i would try to get it for 16500 or maybe a little more but i would go for 16500. just my $.02
...when going used you want be able to beat the 1.9% financing that Honda is offering on all Civics until 7/31 up to 60 months....4.9 is the best with a used vehicle. Try Landmark Honda, they are in northern VA, I was quoted 16,800 by their internet manager
