ok i had my civic si 00' for 2yrs and i just swapped a b18c5 wen i went and ran it da engine makes dis scratching sound and den da car wen crazy on me it jus went out..it makes sum den it blew sumthing out of my engine and im pissed....so if any1 of u guys know nething about dis plz help me...and yes da b18c5 is turbo

 

need a lot more info on that one. blew something out? will it turn over is there spark fuel? oil?

 

actually i was chekin it out amin ago i think it was sumthiing bout da piston..sum1 says it compression problem..

oh sorry about that..umm i think it was something to do with the compression of the b18c5 in my si they said it was the pistons compression..

who said this. You are not even giving us anything ot go by. and did u just put a turbo on and do no tuning or anything?

 

umm what about the compression its to low in all or one pistons? not sure that would make a scraping noise unless the piston rings were falling off or something(not likely).
where did you get the motor from? what yr is it? did you turbo it before started the motor or did you slap on the turbo before trying to start it? did you take the head off change t belt?

 

ahh..yes i thinks it that one of my piston kind of crooked...i piston forged was to bented i don't know how but i'll try to get a new one..or do you guys thinks its something else?and yea i think one of my piston compression is low

 

well it is or it is not crooked. make sure first and check walls for damage it is.
