HID's only light up on one side
When I flick on my HID's, the driver side only turns on. IF I turn the lights off and turn it back on, both will light up.
What is the problem? They are Philips 4300K HID's

Mine have done that a couple times. Both times this happened was when I started my car with the HID's already running. If I turned them off for about 10 seconds and then turned them back on, everything was fine.
Does it only happen on one side? If so, you'll have to start swapping components to find out where the problem is. I'd swap ballasts first and see if the problem follows the ballast, or stays with that side of the vehicle.
And yeah....visit http://www.hidforum.com.

what type of conversion is it, H4 what kind of honda, When i was installing my Phillips 6000k kit i had to switch two wires around from the stock plug. The one wire was yellow and the other black. they needed to be switched and then they worked fine. Yours do work but only sometimes this happens so i wouldn't assume that to be the problem. i would check your connections again and try it. Also did you change your stock fuses to 25 or higher when you did the conversion?
That happens alot, sometimes starting the car prior to turning your lights on can eliminate that problem. It wouldn't be the reverse polarity wires, the light(s) wouldn't come on at all. Try switching the bulbs to the opposite side and see if the problem still occurs with the same bulb. If the problem remains just return the whole kit versus just a bulb or ballast and can a brand new kit.
