Did you buy this car used? And if so it's probably lowered on something... it's normal.

But if you bought it brand new take it back to the dealer and complain complain complain while you still can. (I'm slightly bitter because my warranty ended after 2 years when I hit 50k miles )

Our type s makes a wierd "clunking" (for lack of a better word) noise when you crank the steering wheel all the way to lock & our car is still at stock height. I am going to have it checked out when they install our new seats (under warrenty), we just got a new tranny & clutch yesterday under warrenty.

How did you get a new tranny and clutch under warranty? Wouldnt they say the clutch is your fault. But that is hella cool that they did that for you. And how did you manage new seats? You must have one hell of a dealer.

Often, clunking or knocking when the wheel is turned is a CV-joint problem. You should get it checked by the dealer.

they replaced the tranny & clutch volentarily due to a bulliten post about 2nd gear (which we've complained about on several occasions) they also replaced the seats due to a smilar bulletin due to the leather cracking & fading- they also replaced teh brakes & turned our rotors for free AND replaced our headlights gotta love

i would say put it on a lift and hand-check your steering rack.
if it jiggles a little bit, that means something is wrong.

or take it to a dealership and check that **** out. it's not normal.

holy ****.. new seats, new machined rotors, new clutch and tranny? whoaah... recalls are crazy lol
