Well, I think my baby is sold. Took the R over to a buddy's house on Saturday for his folks to check-out [he's going to be a college sophomore] and everything went well. After about an hour test drive he was hooked. We agreed on a figure and am just waiting on the banks so we can complete the paperwork.

Now I have to figure out what the hell I am gonna get to replace it.

have you driven a WRX yet? it's very quick (and has huge potential for more power), handles well, and has a very nice driver position and interior (great seats). plus, it's a sedan, and is practical. i will be parking one alongside my ITR in a year or two.

wrx, I liked the way it drove but exterior in my mind needed a lot of work and I wasn't willing to shell out that money. Plus the interior is whack.

Hey Don't underestimate the WRX, I had bothe the R and WRX, up until about a week ago, the WRX is quick, actually faster to 60 than the R, handleing its not close but WRX is a very respectable car, however now I have sold the R and the WRX is totaled......................But all things happen for a reason.............NSX-T

I am truely going to miss the car, but I desparately need something with more room and cant afford to get something AND keep the R. I have a few more days of seat time till we get the $$$, bank, paperwork all ironed out...... Its gonna be sad when I have to totally turn her over.

i've got a quick question: When i do finally get it (never soon enough), i want to slam that thing for a bit just to see what it looks like, like in my carport. If i mark where the coilovers are set at right now, will it mess anything up if i drop it, take a few pics, and bring it back up to where its marked?

How long is Alex gonna be here?

If you can get the coilovers back to the same spot, it shouldnt affect the alignment.

 

Keith- Judy is talking to the bank right now, so we should know by this evening what the deal is. alex is gonna be here for tonight and headin back tomorrow, he was beggin me to take him to see it, but i dont want to impose on you any more than i have.

RstoR- I am definately tryin to get up with some ITR guys. I got to Western Carolina, so deals gap and all kinds of dandy mountain roads are in my neck of the woods.
