How much time loss to Auto tranny?

How much time loss to Auto tranny?
I have a 1991 civic 4dr, with intake, 4-2-1 header , 2 1/4 exhaust and an Auto tranny. How much time do i lose with my auto tranny instead of a 5spd.

I Ran an 18.2 when my car was stock. My tranny was messed up, but i recently swaped it for a low mileage tranny. still auto. What do you think i should run now?

ull prolly run high 17's . your engine is still basically stock. the dpfi injection doesnt react well to those mods. do the mpfi conversion and youll see big gains from the header exhaust and intake.

I will probably swap to a DOHC ZC motor in a few months. would it be worth the extra $300 to convert to a 5spd. Im not rich.
