Do you have to take the whole assembly out to get the bulb out. I noticed it had two phillips screws holding the bulb in and I cant reach the screws. Thanks

 

Take the rubber piece off from the headlight housing then there will be a bent piece of wire push that in and pull up. Its kind hinged so it will move no need to take the screws out.

Yup, that guys right, replace the bulb, don't touch the glass part of the bulb at all and be carefull not to get any of that grease stuff thats on the headlight harness on the bulb You should be good.
