Difference between the d16y7 intake manifold and the d16y8 manifold?

Way too many to list.
The D16Y7 manifold doesn't even have a plenum.
it is still MPFI, but it looks like a carburated engine with the throttle body opening upwards. The D16Y8 is your regualr Honda looking manifold with plenum and sideways mounted T/B.

Thanks, some guy on ebay was selling a y8 manifold but put y7 in the description.
