Actually, that does look crappy. Yes, it's shiney and bling, but I bet atleast the weld holding the wastegate tube to the collector will fail, probably others too.

I've yet to understand why people wait and post this question after they buy it and not before
Do your research before you buy.

hmmm just type in ming or obx and ull find out then information u need. If u do decide to run it try to brace the turbo and the wastegate also.

If it is a Vegas mani it is probably MP motorsports based in Vegas, they always have ads in the back of Turbo Magazine, I saw this mani on a Stock GsR turbo hatch running high 10's in 2000 in Vegas I beleive his name was Jack ****.Hope this helps

yes that is a Maximun Performance turbo manifold. I heard from a VERY realiable h-tech member that the design of that manifold was poorly created. It sure looks nice tough

well,i got it today.from what i can tell it is made of some real thick stuff,it seems to be very heavy compared to my other tubular manifold.

its already been hot coated, which i paid $100 to have done to my other one.the welds dont seem to look too bad,i think they could have been better but they arnt too bad.

over all,i think for $200 i did good, like i said, jet coating is $100 alone.its been all ported out and looks to me like it would flow pretty good, all the bends look to be unrestrictive.

it will also clear the a/c,but im thinking this will go on a non a/c car,im thinking of building a motor, then finding a hatch for it.leaving my daily driver alone.heres a pic of my dialy driver manifold for those who have not seen it.

Yes that is DEINATELY a Maximum Performance manifold, I used to have one until I swapped it for my Full Race mani. The quality and w4elds have become better within the last six months, if you ever looked inside one the welded areas looked terrible like little pimples or warts in there and the runners at the flange did not line up woirth a **** but it is the mani I had on when I made 500whp so it actually worked well, it spooled up quick too. A couple of friends run them and are very happy with them and I have never seen one crack ever sooooo. They ARE ceramic coated at least, the bends now are much smoother than before too. Also we braced it in two places below the man and also at the wastegate elbow and flange, we have probably 5-6 people local running them or have run them without one problem anyways. Like I said the new ones are much better quality too.

hey i'm running one too. works great and spools a lot quicker than turbonetics, drag, fmax manifolds. although i would rather settle for a full race mani, this manifold will do for now.

what turbos are you guys running?(shermanyang/boostfed)

any clearance issues with your turbos?i noticed the flange tilts the turbo in towards the block, did you have to do much shaving?

I no longer have the manifold but no it fit perfectly with no modifications as long as the compressor faxes the driver's side. I used a T3/60-1 .82 A/R turbine with Stage 5 wheel, the compressor housing was a T04S/.70 A/R , you can't go bigger with a T3/T4 variant at least on the compressor side. I now have a T4 flanged turbo and Full Race mani. For $200 you can't beat that deal and I would've jumped on it in a heartbeat too, I paid maybe twice that and that was at cost.

hey BoostFed... I kinda remember that setup...did you have the Dirrect Port nitrous setup as well? If not, someone else on here has used that exact same manifold with great success.
