98 Accord...no air out of center vent
Hi,I have a friend with a 98 Accord and he can't get any air to come out of the center dash vents.I looked under the hood,but couldn't find any vacuum hose off.I don't know if its electrical or mechanical...he said it used to make a whirring noise when that vent opened,but doesnt anymore.Any ideas?Thanks!
