Default Car Feels wobly ( axles? ) Turbocharged integra w/ xtss clutch too

Somebody help me figure out what in the samhell is going on with my car. So the other day im accererating doing about 70-75mph in 3rd gear (8 psi) then all a sudden it feels like my car got a flat tire or loose lugnut or something like that and gets all wobly so im like "oh ****" and i pull over and tighten the lugnuts and check for a flat.
Lugnuts are all tight and there is no sign of a flat tire. So the next day im driving and the problem keeps happening , when i accerate past maybe 50mph the car wobbles and doesnt feel very stable, but i can still be going like 70 and downshift into 3rd and floor it but the car might start shaking as rpms build up and so does boost. The car still has all its power and the engine sounds fine so i know the engine isnt the problem.
Also, i just got an act xtss and 12.5 pound flywheel installed in addition with some new motor mounts and they have all been broken in for awhile. For those of you that dont know about XTSS , talk about a stiff clutch.
My thoughts are that its an axle, but if its an axle dont those just snap and break? im only running 8 psi. Maybe a bubble in the tire? but the tires all look fine. how much can a honda axle take? i havent had time to get it looked at yet so if anyone can help me out and point in the right direction it would be appreciated

DUSTIN

This may not be related but, have you checked your tires for any defects such bubbles on the side-walls or exposed steel belts? WHen the steel belts tear in your tires, you steering wheel will "wiggle."

BUMP UPDATE

ok so the car still wobbled and progressively got worse, so today i got new axles and got them installed. PROBLEM GONE. old axles were very worn and you could shake them with one hand
