Default Swap is complete, getting motor to run right...

The problem is a nasty bog, and pinging noise. Right now I am running a Z6 wiht ZC pistons, milled head, and timing retarded just a little bit, not sure how much.

One of my big questions on both of my Z6s i have had, is how do you get the ignition timing right, or know if it is right iwth the dizzy being as weird as it is..

I am still having trouble with the Y8 intake manifold, but I am getting a little closer, I am haivng a weird problem where my TPS plug wont clip into the TPS, which could be causing the bog, but that is okay, I will just put another tps on the throttle body.

How do you eliminate pinging, I know a higher octane gas and a little retardation of the timing. But I really dont know where to get higher octane gas, would something like 93 and some octane booster really work? I have no faith in octane booster, but maybe there is one that really works, if so what do you recomend?

But other than these couple problems man, I am excited and cant wait to see what I run in the 1/4, I am hoping for mid 14s atleast.. And was thinking maybe I can squeeze but I think my nitrous kit will have to wait for the next motor i put in the car, lol.
