What is the tranny code for a 98 ex/si tranny thanks guys?

im pretty sure its a s40 tranny. my buddy had a 99 ex and the tranny code on that was s40.

s40 but be sure its says b000 or summin like that to make sure is a EX/si

Look for that code next to the fill plug.
