Default Suspension set up

I have a 95 gsr and was wondering what suspension set up is recommended/preferred by everyone, currently I have stock struts, and Neuspeed 2" race springs, with a lower tie bar? I want a decent daily driven suspension, with very very occasional strip use, but just want overall improved performance all the way around

i'd look into a rear sway bar -- possibly the 22mm ITR bar.

a good budget setup would be koni adjustables with ground control coilovers.

Best bang for the buck suspension mod is a new rear sway bar. As for the koni yellows, if you don't have that much, tokiko illuminas with ground-controls work very well.

what about strut bars, and lower tie bars? Do they help the chasis or is it just overglamorized overkill, I want a good handling integra, not a show car with unneeded bars that add weight? thanks

There are expensive strut bars out there that still flex, and there are el cheapo strut bars that are suprisingly stiff, so I say as long as you find bars that are stiff, you are good to go. Tokico Illumina's are great shocks but for an extra 100 bucks or so you can go with the Koni yellows which are known to be the "best" non-full-coilover shocks money can buy. If you're on a budget, dont forget about the KYB AGX, which many, many people can attest to their great ride and quality.

Oh yeah, the ITR rear sway bar is also amongst the biggest improvements i've made to my car. I was in awe when i first got the AGX's. Then even more in awe after i put the s-03's/cp10's on. then EVEN more after the sway bar. Dont forget that tires play a crucial role in your suspension too...

The agxs are great, I had them on my accord before i purchased my integra and they were phenomenal, however countless people have told me about the infamous yellows, i just dont know if i should justify their high end price. as for a wheel and tire set up i was thinking of falken azenisis tires with 16" rota C8, or should i go with 17"? How much can u usually find the ITR sway bar for?
