Default Do I have an aftermarket clutch

I was wondering if there is a way to know if you have an after-market clutch in the R (short of taking **** apart to see for yourself). The reason I ask is recently an buddy of mine drove my car a short distance and commented it felt like an after-market clutch. Now he's never driven an R before and I never driven any other manual trans (Other then an old pos car to learn on). Thanks in advance.

No real way to tell, aside from driving another ITR that you know has the factory clutch. Does your clutch chatter a lot and have a pretty harsh engagement?

Sometimes it or maybe me fails to get it fully in gear. but no chatter or hard engagement that I 've noticed.

usually, an aftermarket clutch you can feel the pedal and it will be much harder cuz of the pressure plate. but its kinda hard if you have nothing to compare it too..
