CLEAN THAT THANG!!!! Man it is like BRAND NEW. I just used a scrub brush. Funny it is not real suede but you clean it almost the same way. If you go to the leather store or go to Tandy Leather's website you can get the suede cleaning brush and the cleaning stick. I didn't use the stick but I did use the brush and some Blue Coral and it works wonders.
If your armrest is too far gone then go to the fabric store and pick up some upholstery imitation suede AKA ultra suede. But it is made for re upholstering things very think and a bit pricey. You can reomve the Stock cover and make a pattern for the new material and then use a little spray adhesive and put it on screw it back together and there you have it. For a FRACTION of what you would pay for a new one.
