Any differences between obd-1 and obd2 02 sensors??

I was just wondering If i could swap a del sol o2 sensor with my 98 integra's primary o2 sensor.

think the del sol o2 sensor is a 4 wire and all 94-up integs are also 4 wire so should be ok,
