Fuse Problem

I've got a 93si hatch with 2nd gen b16a with bad wheel hop & when gears are grabbed & dash shakes only the 10A instrument panel fuse blows what would cause this any suggestions would be appreciated

bad ground
get some new front suspension to remove wheel hop
