I agree..the cams are gonna create quite a it of flow...when the have the means to inhale and exhale properly.
2.5" 4-1 large primary header, 2.5" cat back exhaust with a 2.5" in/out muffler and a quality intake (AEM seems to show good gains 15whp+)
So with those mods I can see another 20+whp from the cams....220whp with I/H/E and cams is downright awesome...maybe more with a Hondate reflash.

Any particular reason why you would reccomend keeping these bottle necks after he has spent the money on such a "flow" modification like cams? Or will it forever remain a mystery post with no reason?

When I threw in my CTR cams in my b16, I didn't feel anything until I got my JDM DC 4-1, 2.5" exhaust, and new ECU. You're only going to be using 1/2 the potential of those parts unless you free up some airflow.
