i am putting a y8 tranny on my 93 vx what do i start with and how basically do i do this?? i really need help thanks guysif someone really helps me i will give them some parts i have honda **** lying around all overjust let me know what ya need thanks

 

Remove all sensors attached to the tranny, drain tranny fluid, remove axles, remove tranny mounts, unbolt tranny, drop tranny.

To install new tranny, do these things in reverse order.

 

ok what about the clutch and are there different sensors on the ex tranny

the clutch won't have to do with anything in your install...or at least i belive so...i recently (about 2 months ago) changed my clutch on my vx, and i remember that the clutch itself bolted on the block..and you slip in the shaft of the tranny to the center of the clutch..line it up, and bolt it on...thats kinda tough...cuz you gotta just wiggle, and jam it in there..
