Default Problem with 90 CRX Si Swap???

I helped a friend of mine put a D16A6 into his 90 CRX Si, but we run into a problem now. The engine rotates but won't completely start. We check everything from wiring, ground wires, vaccum lines, fuel lines, and the ECU also. ECU isn't throwing any codes at all. I'm kinda lost right now. Can anybody help us out?

Kinda of a stupid answer to put, but do you have oil in your engine?

Of course I put oil in and all the other fluids that the engine requires. Could it be no spark? But I put in new spark plugs and wires.

Well in order for anyone to help you your going to have to let us know if you have the basics IE Fuel, spark, and compression. See if you have any or all and then let us know.

Well it has fuel, maybe spark, but the compression I have to check on that. The motor was running before, we only needed to change the bottom end out with a used one. I torqued the head back on right. It could be something small. Its gonna be some triple checking tomorrow morning.
