Well I have finally agreed with most of you. I have had mine for about 7 months and I am sick of seeing every car with them. I am gonna go back to stock, should look ok with just my front clears. What do you guys think? NO MORE RICE!

really? There's a lof of cars with it down in Florida? After living in Atlanta, GA for a year, I've only seen 3 Accords and 2 Civics with Altezza lights. I would imagine that they are everywhere in Cali though.

Just out of curiousity, since I'm kinda new to this.. why are altezzas called "rice"

Because its trying to make your car look like something its not. Or its just plain Unoriginal copying.

 

altezzas will get u tickets cuz they don't have a red reflector on the side. the accord however, has red reflectors stock on the side of the bumper. so no prob. instead of going back to stock, just paint your altezzas.

 

I'm thinking of painting my rear lights black and leaving circles visible. I think it will look like the old RX-7 or 80's T-bird or F355/360 or Vette.

uh... shoot! I just changed those rear reflectors on the side to clear ones..

 

you can get ticketed for having the rear side bumper lights clear...they must be red...even if you have a completely stock car except for that thing...you'll get pulled over for it

in cali, there are so many fixed up cars...but only a handful have altezza's....in texas, though, every fixed up car i saw had altezza's...i thought i was gonna get sick from having to see them go back and forth all the time like that

well yeah IMO the money is better spent on performance mods

 

darn.. that's one more day I need to spend taking off those rear markers in this hot and humid weather..

at least i didn't get a ticket for the past 4 days I've been driving with them..

 

Wait.. so let me get this straight. You can get pulled over for clear rear side markers and not for clear corners or tinted wind shields? I'll say that 3 out of 10 cars I see around here have tinted wind shields and every one is driving happily on the road..
