SURVIVAL, AIS, GEICO, MERCURY, etc.... SUCKS!

I had survival for one month.

they gave me full coveraged, but didnt cover 'uninsured motorists'. that aint full coverage.

they raped me for 1560 for a 1 year policy.

i canceled their *** after i found out that they dont cover ****, and have no customer service at all after the hit and run incident.

so after 1 week with them, i cancelled their *** and guess what, im only getting 400 bucks back...

I PAID 1090 up front, and only got 400 bucks back after 2 week of being insured by them?

WTF....

they told me that i signed a contract stating that the broker fee's are not refundable, etc, etc.... i dont even remember if i signed it, probably did. all i remember is, this paper here is to tell u that this is how much we make off u, for getting u in, so just sign here.

didnt tell me nothing about not being refundable. im wondering if i can fight this...

they made 300 off me.

man **** SURVIAL..

i HOPE THEY LOSE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS.

they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

i called the guy that lied to me, and he forwared me to some answering machine.

and they LIE a lot. all they do is lie.

I switched back to 21st century.

when i called, i said, i have survival and im not happy with them. the lady from 21st said, im not suprised.

haha.

survival suck. all insurance brokers suck.

they are the middle men. they sign u up with low class, never even herd of insurance companies.

its a lot better if u go direct.

real insurance company such as 21st, state farm, etc.....
