can i pull the motor out w/o taking out the axels, cause if i pull it out will the axels unhook?

 

If you plan on leaving the transmssion in then yes.
If you have an air compressor and impact rench then taking the axles off only takes like 15-20 minutes.

Just lift the car, put it on blocks or jack stands and start your swap.
