Got a buyer today for that price. From out of state as well. He is going to turn it into an scca race car. Thats what a solid all original crx will do for ya. Not a northern rust bucket. amen $1500 worth.

thanks I think they are great cars that hold up very well. There are alot of low ballers out here. I get enough crap when not online -dont need it here.

 

actually they got for more than that sometimes around my area... So as far as i am concerned, if you dont live in the state that they are seeling from dont try and flame them on their price... Cost of living is different everywhere you go so try to be understanding and respective of their price... After all, it is still the seller's car untill sold... so they can ask for however much they want for it...

 

I'm not trying to flame anyone just making a point. You are right cost of living is higher and lower everywhere you go. Kelly Black Book, NADA, etc. does not take into account where you live when they price your car. They go on mileage, cond, etc. Up north cost of living is higher so I would expect my car would sell at $1500.00 easy(as it did). Here the offers have been $1100.00-1300.00 in the poor old south. Every forum I go to about cars has the same type of people with some attitude. I saw another "ad" for a civic on the forum and he got grief about posting it. Well the rules also say trial users cant post in the classifieds area and thats what I am. I guess someone could put the "ad" there for me but.............

Anyway, enough on the soap box. I have talked with some good people for the most part here and have enjoyed seeing all the cool CRX's.You guys have put alot of heart into those cars. I must move on to the Accord forum for a more refined forum experience(just joking). I drove my CRX home tonight for the last time...........I will miss her.
